As of today three sides have been deducted points for non-receipt of scorecards. If it keeps on I can guarantee more teams will suffer the same fate so think on and read on!

In order for me to keep up with the tables,Aamir to compile his reports and most importantly to comply with rule 35 of the league rules!! please ensure that all cards are sent (Home ones to me, Away ones to Aamir) within 3 days of the completion of the fixture.

To clarify this further and to also allow an element of flexibility for unanticipated delays in our  postal service plus to tie in with when I update the tables - all cards for games held on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday MUST be with me / Aamir by no later than 10am on Sunday. Point deductions will be made if failing to comply with this. For games played on a Thursday please ensure that cards are with me / Aamir by 6pm on the following Monday. Again point deductions will apply for failing to meet this. Teams already deducted points have all gone well outside these parameters, hence the deductions. Sorry if you think it's harsh but the rules are there for everyone and you, as clubs approve them at AGM.

Hopefully this will mean that tables will always be up-to-date by the end of Monday night for all games played the previous week. If you prefer to scan and email the cards to me as a back up, I am happy to also accept this method. Please use this email address if doing so and title the subject box with' CMCL Scorecard and the date and league of the fixture.

I would be grateful if you would relay this information to your respective teams / whoever posts / hand delivers the cards!! Confirmation of addresses is below. Please also have a word to make sure all names and scores are filled in correctly on the card as in some cases the cards are a total shambles.

Home Teams please send your cards to Andrew Williams, 63 Fairwood Road, Fairwater, Cardiff CF5 3QF

Away Teams please send your cards to Aamir Sheikh, 94 Torrens Drive, Cardiff CF23 6DR
